I’m Bella Chaviano, a first-generation Cuban-American and passionate music industry professional dedicated to creating impactful experiences that connect people through music. I hold both a Bachelor’s degree in Music Industry and an MBA from Drexel University, where I combined creative innovation with strategic business insight.

With a strong foundation in both the creative and business sides of entertainment, I’m driven to bring fresh ideas, meaningful connections, and dynamic strategies to the ever-evolving music and media landscape. Thank you for visiting, and I look forward to connecting and collaborating.

Credits & Past Project

  • I collaborated closely with Gloria, Emilio, Emily, and Sasha Estefan, actively contributing to various aspects of the album's creation. My role encompassed crucial tasks in production, music video production, and photoshoot coordination. In recognition of my efforts, I am officially credited as a "Production Assistant" on the physical copies of the album. Working alongside these talented individuals was an enriching experience that allowed me to make significant contributions to the overall creative process.

  • For my undergraduate senior project, I am embarking on a research journey to delve into the transformative role of social media for female musicians. The focus will be on how these platforms empower them to challenge gender stereotypes, navigate industry double standards, and confront backlash. I plan to host a podcast featuring interviews with industry experts and artists, providing a platform for their insights and experiences. This podcast will serve as a dynamic exploration of diverse perspectives within the music industry, fostering a comprehensive dialogue on the challenges and triumphs faced by female musicians in the digital era.

  • For a year-long school project, I teamed up with classmates to establish a record label. During this venture, I will take on responsibilities such as designing and supplying merchandise. Additionally, I am playing a pivotal role in supporting our artist, Luke Santana, by assisting in booking live shows. This hands-on experience will not only allow us to apply classroom knowledge but also foster a collaborative environment where we could bring our creative ideas to life.
